If one is looking for a preworkout drink I would definitely look elsewhere. If you just like the flavor and want a caffeine boost seems solid.

Seems like an okay deal, $1 a can with s&s discounts. In terms of effectiveness, this doesn't actually seem to be a drink version of C4 preworkout, more of just a regular energy drink. 200mg caffeine, one active nootropic (cognizin citicoline), and tyrosine. Sweetened with sucralose. I would say overall this is better than red bull/monster/rockstar, but not by much

Costco has an assorted flavor 15 pack for ~$18.99 (seen in store yesterday) — may be worth a few extra cents per can if you like those flavors more than this one

I believe the flavors are Cherry Berry Lime, Strawberry Guava, Watermelon Burst

No, Red Bull is much better than the rest imo.
No carcinogenic toxins.

Best to avoid them all and just have some coffee or a caffeine pill, if anything.

To add on to what Ticalisoul said, there aren't many long-term studies on this particular one beyond the ones needed for FDA approval, so any pro/con is mostly anecdotal or based around individual impressions of other artificial sweeteners. So far we think it's not even absorbed by the body & is just passed through. It's extremely common in artificially sweetened drinks like this, but also in a LOT of protein drinks & even with liquid medications. And overall, it's used more than all of the other artificial sweeteners combined.
