I don't get it.
Deal from an Ebay vendor with 6300 feedback and it's OK.
I posted an Ebay deal from Eco Worthy with 8000+ and was taken down.
I'm not knocking this deal. Deal from a known Ebay vendor should be OK regardless of feedbacks.

This is NOT Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) - the newer, safer, longer lasting Ecoflow's would say DELTA 2 ("max", "", whatever for the submodel). Look for the "2" after the model name. Please do your research: Ecoflow.com, reddit ..../ecoflow, google.....

Sorry guys - did my research - the Ecoflow PRO DID have LFP batteries. This admonition to look for the "2" only applies to the smaller batteries.
Here is a reference page:

Perhaps you should heed your own advice to do your research?

For some reason SD has a difficult time with Ecoflow website links. This is what it says on the ecoflow website:

First portable home battery designed for home backup
• 3.6-25kWh expandable capacity with DELTA Pro Smart Extra Battery
• 3600W-7200W AC output for 99% appliances
• Plug & Play home backup solution
• Incredible 6500W MultiCharge, 2.7 hours AC charging
• Industry first: recharge at thousands of EV stations worldwide
• Long-lasting LFP battery supports up to 10 years

I would rather just wait for another deal on the new not refurbished. HD recently had this for $3400, which after 30% tax rebate would be less than this refurb (which doesn't qualify for the tax rebate).

Of course there are people who don't want to deal with the rebate or are not fully clear of the rules...

I was doing more research to find the original battery technology and found out that the original Delta PRO series (and it's companion Smart Extra battery) STARTED OUT with Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) chemistry. It was the smaller capacity series "1" batteries that used the Nickel Metal Cobalt chemistry.

NMC
Nickel Manganese Cobalt - Originally called Lithium-ion but now named Lithium-ion Nickel Manganese Cobalt to differentiate it from other chemistries like Lithium Iron Phosphate. Ecoflow Nickel Manganese Cobalt batteries are rated for 800 full cycles to 80% capacity.

@superslickz and @juggar. Thanks I noticed your corrections after I came back to edit my comment. I'm sorry to being too quick to post without verifiy for this particular model.
But, I think people should be aware that FOR THE SMALLER Ecoflow batteries that there is a big difference between the 2 generations [ gen "1" and the "2"] (again this is not a concern for the Delta PRO and DELTA PRO ULTRA models - but it does apply to the Delta Mini to Delta Max original models - again I refer to the second link.)

So refurbished won't qualify for the 30% rebate? Could you send me the guidelines for this? I'm looking to get into solar with the rebate. Thanks.
