Works awesome! I use it at conferences when I need to pair up multiple devices to a WiFi network that requires a portal login.

Absolutely fabulous. Used it to work remotely (2 people taking Teams calls) for 2 months alongside T-Mobile 5G home internet using WireGuard to tunnel home. Very stable.

Also highly surprised how well T-Mobile did. Passed about 300gb/ month.

Highly recommend.

Much larger than previous versions, honestly does not need a built in ethernet switch and uses much more power (around 12w I believe on this model). The old mango could run for days on a power bank.

Mango is severely underpowered by today's standards and deprecated. You can get great vpn speeds with the beryl, supports various protocols, and now supports sd-wan functions with the latest firmware.

You need to modify the TTL values in order to mask the traffic better, probably consider setting up a VPN tunnel on the device for general use as well.

Did you need one of these at home and another one to travel with to create the tunnel back to home?

You can leverage a dedicated application on your laptop, phone, or other devices to establish a tunnel back to your router for accessing whatever you need. For management, the GoodCloud app facilitates the creation of VPN tunnels to routers deployed in various locations, such as businesses or vacation homes. This enables you to manage them remotely with ease.

Anyone having issues connecting to the internet? I've connected to the repeater, it recognizes the Wi-Fi, but cannot connect to the internet. I've tried multiple firmware upgrades/downgrades and there's no difference. I've tried connecting via Ethernet and the same thing happens. The only thing that works is tethering, but that's not practical on the road. I've even exchanged it and am having the same issue.
