If you live close by/are already heading that way, check instore pricing (through the app is easiest). I got this one and 3 other speed champion sets (and a number of others) for $10 at my local Walmart. I know I'll get down votes because of the ymmv/possible pricing mistake nature, but just thought I'd share what I found.

$39.49 original price is inflated price. Actual price at lego.com is $24.99.

My local Wal-Mart matches the $20 price for this model, and I see some down to $15.99 but nothing lower.
