I still use it but I feel like it's a very limited application. for 100 bucks (at that time, it's a little more now), it's sturdy and I feel safe using it (6' 185lb), but I kind of want to give it away and buy a proper cage or cable machine because of the amount of space this takes up. it's nice for doing pushup variations (elevating your feet or whatever to change the angle).
Note: 6,2 225-250 depending on the season.

Is there any good examples of building a pull up bar into area under deck? I was thinking of using galvanized metal pipes with threads and the round things that you screw on the wood and connect the pipe with 90 degrees. I am not sure if those are strong enough. I also want to make sure I don't damage my deck wood beams but I think it's a good way to build something outside that we can work out in fresh air. Unless we build one like rocky had in his backyard, but that needs concrete in the floor.
It's easy to assemble if you're capable of using a couple of wrenches to tighten bolts.

If you're THAT serious...this "machine" isn't going to be for the "average" you have in mind anyway. Come on man...read the room.
