Placed an order today. Coupon code was still not working. Reached out to customer service and was told by two different agents the below. Will be watching credit card statement that they follow through with adjusted price.

Contacted customer service since coupon code was not working. They told me they contacted the retailer and they agreed to match the lower price.

The promocode Timber40 is now working and should apply to the product!
