Nah number one ingredient is alcohol. This is more for just flavoring dishes and the like.
Just buy lemon juice at walmart, it's just a couple of bucks, and put a couple of teasppons or whatever in your water.
The lemon extract can be used for adding lemon flavor to baked goods such as cakes, frosting, cookies or savory purposes like sauces and marinades.

Yeah, the label causes confusion. Initially I even wondered why they would sell just a 29ml bottle of lemon juice when a typical lemon apparently will yield about 2-3 tablespoons (30-45 milliliters) of juice!
