Hi guys, I ended up purchasing a ErGear Single Arm that was posted about three weeks ago.

They claim to hold up to 24lb. However, my Samsung 28" monitor that is supposed to be roughly 17lb would not stay stable and end up going down; the torque spring adjuster was not working. The only monitor it was able to support was a monitor that is significantly lighter that I use to code.

I ended up receiving a replacement item after talking to the customer service for about 2 days. That one had the tilt adjuster issue, so I ended up returning one of the item, and just have the replacement item sitting in my garage.

Maybe I was out of luck that time. Their customer service tries to get your issue resolved, so I don't have hard feelings. However, I think if I took two shots and both shots missed, I can't help it but to let you guys know that your item may potentially be a malfunctioning piece as well.

I am using this https://www.amazon.com/NB-North-B...B09M3K1G4Q and I have had zero complaints. I have 2 27" HP healthcare specialty monitors (not feather light) on these and they have been extremely stable.

There is a newer (?) model G35 but I have no idea if there's any difference. https://www.amazon.com/NB-North-B...B0BMG37THG
~$45 is pretty much going prices on these.

See my post 2 above yours for links for dual.. 120 is absurd and I am sure none has ever sold at that price.

The code is only discounting me to $39 and $25 respectively. Anyone else experiencing this?

Disregard. I thought prime was only for shipping. It's an additional discount.

I have this same issue, one arm works great, the other won't support the weight of the monitor. I sort of have it propped at the moment. For the price I'm not really that upset about it, but it does not work perfectly.

Sorry to hear that Frown. Have you tried contacting the customer service? My replacement wasn't any good but perhaps you may get lucky to get two of your arms work fine?

One more thing to consider is most of the monitor arms (gas spring) wobble , only solutions is to use standard arms

I broke two monitors because of their sh*tty product. I called the their customer service before saying that the clamp is bent. They said it's not covered under warranty. Don't buy their products. Quality is horrible.
