If your kids have issues swallowing toothpaste, keep them far away from fluoride until they don't.

You are super wrong on this, and children can be harmed and have to undergo general anesthesia and pediatric surgery due to spreading this ignorance.

The correct answer is to utilize the therapeutic amount of toothpaste so that swallowing a little isn't an issue.

For infants, this is a smear on the brush. Once they are past toddlers, they can gradually increase to a pea-sized amount, and generally by about 12 years of age a regular amount of toothpaste can be utilized.

You are giving terrible advice. I recommend nobody listen to this person or me, and instead read recommendations from the American Dental Association.

https://www.ada.org/en/resources/...of%20paste
"The ADA recommends that children use a smear of toothpaste (the size of a grain of rice) from the time the first tooth erupts until age 3 years. After that point, from 3 years to 6 years, children should use a pea-sized amount of paste."

Sure, let's add more of it to our kids daily intake if we don't have to, because that's the responsible thing to do. 👎

This guy over here acting like fluoride is some secret toxin the gubmint adds to the water to poison children. The 1960s called, they want their hot take back.

The answer is just use mint toothpaste so they spit it out. Don't use toothpaste that tastes like candy

Thanks for the heads up on this. Came to the thread specifically to see what other variants might also be on sale.

Good luck!
