Those of you who got this card, are you using the bios switch to unlock the 'full power" mode? At 1440p my card is running so well even at default, that I don't see the need for unlocking via the bios switch for overclocking/undervolting. I see conflicting opinions on Reddit. Some folks say overclocking/undervolting is too much hassle and ultimately not worth it. Others swear by it. Personally, I'm getting excellent 3dmark scores with just stock configuration. I started playing Control ultimate edition and I max out my monitor's 170Hz refresh rate with RT off. So I'm thinking I'll just leave it be. I might be leaving behind some performance on the table, but if that's the sweet spot for noise vs frame rate, that might be the way to go. Read too many reviews complaining about the card being noisy. But mine is whisper quiet at stock settings. I have to look at the card to even tell its fans are spinning.

You can go for a straight undervolt without increasing the board power limits. I think that's free performance that shouldn't increase heat/noise/power draw.

Having said that, I played around with overclocking (1075 mV is where I hit stability wall, +15% power limit)- that'll get me to around 3050mhz clock speeds. Performance wise, it's around a 6-7% increase in FPS on CP2077 (Ray trace ultra preset, FSR2 quality, 1440P); from 60FPS average to around 64FPS. Not a huge difference in playability. The card draws about ~25W extra- not that much hotter.
