they are older kids sizes- probably around 2nd grade and up but there are little kids sizing [dickssportinggoods.com] in this same shoe available for around $25.

Cloud foam is the bottom barrel Adidas cushioning. Good shoe for school though but not for running or sports.

As a KU Jayhawk fan (adidas school) these shoes are awful. As cheap quality as it gets. Payless had better offerings back in the day. I have a nine year old that destroyed a couple of pairs.

I agree with this. They used to be really nice (I stand on my feet and teach all day). When they switch to the sustainable foot insert my feet would throbbing by the end of the day. Not knocking pro environmental ideas, they really do hurt.

I'd suggest getting a really good cushioning shoe for your use case.
Shoes last forever if you are just standing on your feet or walking some distances. Adidas UltraBoost or Hoka or Saucony make very comfortable shoes that also have good support and cushioning, and those will last several years if you don't abuse them.
