Quality of these shoes and boots have gone down hill significantly. Purchased many of them recently, but ended up returning them all. I wouldn't pay more than $100 on any of them. They're probably marked up to make a quick buck, but their true prices are around the $100 mark, unfortunately.

Sadly, Cole Haan's quality has descended mostly into disposable junk, thanks presumably to corporate penny-pinching greed.

Sad to see such an expensive boot $450 msrp (https://www.colehaan.com/mens-was...76_size=11) with a crappy slippery and dangerous soles with superthin leather upper. Can't use it on tiles or during winter. Reviews with low ratings and high ratings both have same observation. I own couple of zero grand shows with same exact upper and sole design and my experience is exactly the same. These shoes have very limited use.

Not worth the price. As others have said, the quality has been greatly impacted over the years. I would check Nordstrom Rack for Cole Haans, usually cheaper and worth 50-60 rather than these "sale" prices.

100% agree with you on this. The quality is trash nowadays and you're better off getting them at Nordstrom rack or DSW clearance

I had a similar pair of shoe with the exact same soles and I actually slipped and fell the first day I wore them. I purchased a set of grips for the sole so I could still use them (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...UTF8&psc=1), but yes, these shoes should not be priced over $400 with slippery soles.

Stay away from Cole Haan. Buy some good quality shoe that's Goodyear welted. Looks better and last longer.
