Did the $10 bonus show while checking out?
My bonus didn't. It showed up on the email receipt.
Is there anyway we know that we are qualified for this promo? Nothing about the promo is showing on the Amazon reload page or while checkout for me. (I have a feeling that I am more than likely don't qualify for the promo.)
No, it didn't. I wasn't expecting a bonus and only found out when I saw the email receipt.

There was no message or popup on my order. It only showed up in my email. I reloaded from a visa gift card and so do the OP. I wonder if that has something to do with it.
I don't think Visa gift cards did anything to this promo. I think your account may qualify for this promo if you don't use Amazon reload often. Since I recently used the reload feature twice, I don't think my account qualifis.
I reloaded yesterday for $25 and there wasn't a bonus. Reloaded $100 today and got the bonus. I usually reload once a year with leftover gift card balances.
Are you talking about visa/mc "gift" cards? And don't you have to first add those to your amazon account before you can reload your amazon gift card balance using them? And when you do this (instead of using an amazon credit/store card), you lose the 5%....correct?
