It came scratch & dent MISSING keyboard, pencil and cover (in spite of the pictures)
The vendor said over the phone that those accessories are not expected on a refurbished item and suggested me to buy them elsewhere with my own money (LOL)
I was able to get my money back with much delay after fighting and ebay involved.
Never again.

Glad you got your money back and thanks for sharing!
Prior to purchase I messaged to confirm the screen resolution is as described on the auction page (4k).
When the item arrived I checked and the resolution was only 2.8k. It also didn't come with other accessories like the pen and the sleeve, but those weren't advertised. They offered refund for the screen resolution issue but I asked for discount and they offered 5% off.
After a couple weeks I discover there's also a dent at the corner (obviously not caused by me) , while the auction page described it as 5 star cosmetic condition. I haven't decided whether to return or take the discount yet. But from this experience, I'd say the seller is responsive and ok with returns, but items might not be as described so check carefully within the return window.
