While I have not yet put it to use, I have gotten mine delivered and it's a big boy! Very useful tool if you cook/bake in batches that require measure up to 8 cups. Seems very convenient and well-made.

I paid $20 for this a few months ago. It was worth it. But $8 would be even better. It's a nice bowl and lid. I got it to make nut brittle in the microwave. Sorry - just noticed that this $8 "deal" (regular Walmart price as someone pointed-out earlier) is lid-less.

So I could cook mug cakes or baked oats in microwave or air fryer directly in this? No need to use an extra pan or dish?

Is there an air fryer that would even fit this inside? Yes I'm 99% sure you can do a huge mug cake (check recipe for 8x etc as some might be changing some ingredients not in a flat % manner) Check with air fryers for glass but if its safe in an oven at 425 I think a preheated fryer at 425 would be very similar.
