This is a great price. I think we were happy to get it for $70. As for reviews I don't know you're going to get anything better, at least without spending an awful lot more.
Ours still works great, we just don't use it much because it doesn't really fit in our new tent.

I'm more focused on the common reviews and images showing the same failure mode. Patching a hole is one thing, but the internal seams tearing isn't something you can fix.

I've used one of these before. The ripped seams happen from people plopping down on them. If you gently sit down, they will last a while. But if 350lb bubba goes to sit down and just drops ass on it, the seems will rip

Make sure to put a tarp down first and move and pointy things, it's easy to poke a hole into it
