    • Resurrected "Pneumatic Diversity Vent" element
    • New laser cube variant
    • Over 15 puzzles using only the blue Portal-Gun

It's because it's from bots and possibly sponsored. It was a fair question; a mod is always free and therefore not a deal. Furthermore, it's ridiculous that people like you and the other guy automatically downvote and silence anyone who asks a simple question. You want people to just accept whatever is posted without questioning it. This site has become a joke and a shell of its former self.

I was able to grab this without owning Portal 2, despite the (supposed) requirement and Steam's usually strict enforcement of such prereqs.

I am as cynical as the next person online (so... very), but it was just released, which I would assume is why it was posted. Also as it's free I don't know why anyone would want to make or hire bots to sponsor it? I guess maybe cause portal is on sale for 99 cents?

From reading about it briefly it should add another eight hours to the game and there are forty extra test chambers/puzzles to solve. If they are even half as good as the original game I will probably finish it.
