This is because brickseek doesn't display clearance pricing or inventory online anymore. Whenever a store has stock at the clearance price it will always say out of stock and full price. It's a crapshoot because the only stores that have clearance will show OOS and full price, so either they have stock on clearance or they are just have stock. Brickseek is virtually useless with lowes these days. At best you can use it as a process of elimination (i.e. don't go to a store that shows stock at full price)
