Keep in mind that if you have a protective case on your phone this is unlikely to work (magnet won't be strong enough).

I have this and I'm using a case that has MagSafe, but this wallet is heavy and because it has the ring holder, you can only set your phone face down or prop it up each time you're not using the phone.

Any recommendations for a sturdy case that allows magsafe items?

I currently have a 2 layered case and don't want to jeopardize the safety of the phone just for mag safe items. Wireless charging still works just fine, just not magnet items

Cases that have their own magnets help with this. I just got a Moment case for my 12 Pro Max and I can actually use magnetic accessories with my phone. Car mount, magnetic battery pack, etc. Even the MagSafe charger wouldn't stick easily with case I was using previously (12 has weak magnets and I guess my previous case was too thick). Moment designed their cases to work with their own magnetic accessories.

You can buy any number of magnetic rings to go on your phone case so it still has a strong attraction. I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and have a magsafe ring on my phone case that makes it completely functional with most magsafe products. I have wireless chargers, car dash mounts, and wall mounts designed to work with magsafe but work perfectly with my phone. It is just a circle of magnets meeting a magnetic ring so it is very easy to duplicate.

Most of the rings you find are sharp metal circles and cheap. I wanted something nicer and more comfortable to hold and managed to find a few options that have a plastic cover that is angled on the sides that gives the feel of a much more pleasant transition for your fingers over the contour of your phone case. I am happy to send you the link for one that I settled on but I've been getting comments removed pretty aggressively lately but mods if I even mention a product that doesn't meet their seller, "standards".

There is also a dash mount I purchased for my wife that I believe came with 2 of the same plastic covered style magnet ring that I like so much if that interests you. I think I bought the dash mount for the same price as I paid for one single magnet ring so it might be worth just getting that lol. Either way, I'm happy to share links if you are interested in seeing what I'm talking about

Could you please send me the link to the ring as well?
Does it work with the magsafe case on?

The wallet comes with a magsafe ring sticker. Got one this September, and am happy with it.

Just right on time I was eyeing in this, it should work with my Torras magsafe case! Tired of carrying bulky wallets and Man! Lisen is getting better and better with their products, I like their car phone mount, it's a Chinese company and their product used to be not good but they keep improving it!

Torras Magsafe cases are awesome! I have this one for my Pixel 8 Pro (bonus this one has a kickstand as well!)

Has a warning that this a frequently returned item but most reviews are positive. Still on the fence 🤷

I bought magbak. They are expensive but well worth it.

Check out SupCase Unicorn Beetle Pro case with built in screen protector with belt clip, and works with mag charging. Absolutely bullet proof and excellent customer service - after about a year, I contacted them when my screen protector got scratched and they sent me a brand new case.

Thank you for this. I have a question for you. I have a otterbox case on my 15 max phone. would a popsocket work for that. I am new to all the magsafe stuff and not super tech savvy. TIA

I got a Torras magsafe case for my Pixel 8 (non Pro) and it's an awesome case! Wireless charging works, magnets are strong enough to stick on the side of anything metal and kickstand is nice, have used the kickstand more than I expected.
