This pedal is a delay / looper. So what it does basically on delay mode, creates an "echo" which you can control, the speed, the amount of repeats, the mix / volume of the echo, and a few more diff settings. The looper setting will record what you designate and let you loop it over and over again, so you can practice layering, or soloing. So, no this will not change the sound of your guitar. It is still cool.
Also I would never recommend ever putting metal strings on a nylon guitar. The string tensions are wildly different. Could mess w the neck, bridge, etc. all in all, do not recommend Smilie (not saying thats what you were suggesting, but maybe).

Would love this in my arsenal, but will have to hide from the wife... maybe next time... she made a rule i can only get more gear if i get rid of some... 😑
When it gets there, ask her what handbag she wants to get rid of… Next, grab your pants (I think she has them in her closet). When she interjects, tell her you will take it in to consideration and then make sweet love to her.

I had this a long time ago and loved it. Sadly I sold it. If I am just looking for the looper, am I better off with LEKATO Guitar Looper? Curious if someone has used both.

curious why you sold it? Is the looper functionality not great?

It is great, just didn't have time to play much. I also was mostly using it acoustic, with non built in pickups, so it was a pain. I now have a newer taylor with built in pickups.

So you'd recommend it then?

For sure, I got a lot better using it to loop, then playing over it. If you want some ideas, look up some live version of Howie Day playing Ghosts: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eYIQi2CHkvo

Just get a multi pedal, with (riff) Looper and much more, for less than this ($150? Mooer? ); unless there's some reason you need this one.

Or yes the Cube Baby Multi (<$40 see Tenu) + a Looper (<$60?) separately, for even less. <$100

And yes! Eventually pair these with the Monoprice SR 15W all tube combo (25 lbs! Boutique looks), when it goes on sale again $for $200, for the best of all. Digital with analog, Effects, amps, looper, pedal included, and the best power amp and a 12" guitar well voiced speaker.

And BTW I just replaced a fuse in the MP 15W (beware voltage stored even unplugged) and besides 10 screws and slide out (Correct Phillips size please or it will eat them) it was easy, Pull of cover and slide in new fuse. Standard 250V 500ma small (1 inch?) glass, slow blow type preferred. You do not even have to take off the knobs.

WARNING: After voltage safety (ask an adult and pro electronic trained person) then DO NOT FORGET TO REATTACH THE SPEAKER. Else, it may cost more than a fuse, to fix it.

*or* To keep it fun and not expensive just get an old ugly (or nice) multi FX pedal with looper included. But do some free and unbiased research to see how it sounds to you first first.

Mine was, but just today got a call from a rep. Supposedly the pedal linked had all orders go through one store location, and when they ran out at that location, the automatic emails were kicked out and orders stuck in processing. They got the order sorted out over the phone and ordered one from another store at the original order price. I'd wait for a call or reach out directly and ask.

Thanks for the update. Never used Sam Ash before and have seen some complaints on other deal threads here.

Sent an email asking about my order, I'll update when I get a response.

Edit: got a email response back and now my order is shipped. Never received a phone call like others have mentioned, so I might suggest emailing their customer service if your order is stuck processing.
