For some reason, if you have all 3 ports occupied and charging, certain ports will stop delivering a charge to certain devices.
Meaning it's not this exact product (3 ports vs. this one that has only 2), reviews are mixed with some other product from earlier listing. Is it on UGREEN or Amazon I do not know.
