Saved over 7k points on a previously booked midweek flight to SD in April. So it's not a case simply of SW "jacking up base fares"

Unfortunately doesn't work on my leg back, but 7k is 7k

how can i see what the cost would be to arrive at any city with my departing city? whenever i try to use the website, it reloads and forces me to pick an arrival city.

I think each SW promo is a mixed bag. Sometimes it can save you some, sometimes not. I just into the habit of checking my booked flights every sale just to make sure it wasn't lower than before. Most of the times it isn't but it's still worth for the few times I can get a lower price.

But I got to agree with this particular promo. The list of exclusions, conditions, lower discounts than advertized, etc... is right up there with some of the worst clickbait.

Weird. Every search I have done so far is the same price in a different browser using a proxy in a different state without the promo. So far I have done at least 10 searches from my home town to LAX, PDX, BOS, MIA, FLL, ORD and more. The promo search says WOW has been applied and enjoy the savings but there are no savings! LOL.

I booked flights for my international trip the day the calendar became available . I've found that they are always the cheapest then. I continue to check over the next 9 months or so and they are always higher than when I first booked . I booked at 13k each way on the first day. After a couple weeks or so they were always 20k and up for the same flight . Today I rebooked at just under 9k points .. so under half of what they normally run at unless you catch a random day when they are low. But I check daily while taking a break at work

The promo says that there are deals from pittsburgh to tampa but then when i actually do the search it throws an error at the top of the results page saying that the promotion code cannot be validated. Was really hoping to get a deal on a friday to sunday i have to do.
