Tequila? Might be counterproductive to hydration, but you won't notice for several hours.

In for one, hoping for the best. I've used Liquid IV for a few years and love it, but looking for lower doses (and prices) for more everyday usage.

Have you considered that maybe your fundamental misunderstanding of nutrition is screwing up your gut biome?

Take MSG, just as one example.

MSG is naturally occuring in a lot of ingredients, as well as added to a lot of products you might not expect. If you're of the belief that it's universally bad for you, you've likely been tricked.

As for hydration supplements with no additives, these all boil down to the basics of salt (non-iodized, though you should be using iodized for everything else) and sugar. Make a 1:1 mix of these and throw a lemon in for flavor, then take a multivitamin.

Any reviews on this flavor? Had a multi pack on liked some others not so much.

Edit I see now that it is at least 2 flavors. Didn't want to be all in on one flavor.

Came out to $11.26 for me. Going to get here just in time for a ski trip.

There were a couple other options with the 40%. Saw the raspberry lemonade / strawberry something was one. But one review said the raspberry didn't dissolve right. Also a large pack of just one flavor. Can't remember which.

I prefer the liquid In packs from Costco. Taste better. Dissolve great. But 30 packs is over $20.

I literally just opened a multi flavor pack of these I got this month to try. After having two different ones, I can definitely say, these are awful tasting. What can I add to it to make it better?

I haven't tried this flavor but liquid IV does taste a lot better. But also my goal is not to sip and savor these usually…

Nunn has the lowest amount of electrolytes per tablet. You may need 2 or 3 for the same dosage as Liquid IV or some other ones available at Costco or other locations.

Natural flavors two times and horrible oils in it. Pass on this if you care about what you are ingesting.

My gut would churn like the sea during Poseidon's wrath! Fake sweeteners kill your gut biome, for me (with IBD, ...Colitis) the Sorbitol, Stevia LEaf extract, and "Natural Flavors" (often similar additives to MSG and other sketchy hidden flavor agents..)

I reeeeeeaally want to find an electrolyte product that simple uses....SUGAR or nothing.. just not all the fake stuff that can harm one's gut.
