Another option is Publix subs, if you live down south. The $5.99 Turkey full sized sub was an incredible last week and there's a weekly deal on them (this week is $7.99 Ultimate sub (Tavern ham, OvenGold turkey, roast beef, cheese). You can't beat Publix's quality, size, and value.

Bought 20% of JM gift cards during holidays from dollar general for $80 on $100 card.
Using this deal to get extra 72 points.
And received another email two days back that few locations/specific franchisee are offering 4 times the points this weekend from 12th till 14th. Not all locations qualify. Only ones listed in email qualify for it. I've used that location for 4 times the point and received points in 24 hours.
