Still a huge fan of my Fosi Audio BT20A amp here [amazon.com]. I tried several Fosi audio amps, and compared them to my Denon X6500h at the time, paired with a Triangle Bro3 speakers also tried hooking them up to my Klipsch RP-8000F's and have to say they perform really well for the price.

The BT20A definitely sounded better than the Fosi Audio BT30D which is more in line with the Aiyima here although they both implement a the TPA3255 vs the 3116 on the Aiyama.

I also own the fosi bt20a and while it works great, I need something that does not have constantly broadcasting unprotected bluetooth. The fosi, for example, broadcasts the bluetooth whenever it is on and you do not need a password or pairing mode to connect.

Do you know how the bluetooth on this works? I see there is a channel switch. If it is in RCA mode, does the bluetooth still broadcast? I live in a densely populated area, so my neighbors are in bluetooth range. I would prefer a setup that either requires a password or pairing mode to connect to bluetooth. The fosi has no way to drop a bluetooth connection, other than turning off or unpairing from the bluetooth source and it can only connect to 1 bluetooth source at a time. Trying to connect a second does not kick the first off, it just fails to pair the second.
Can you remove the bt antenna?

It looks like they updated it. I have an older model Fosi amp and it has a switch in the back to go from RCA in or BT.

There is an antenna and removing it may help lessen the range. My problem is that I have this set up on the back side of my property. I would be ok with no reception any further back, but I need it to go a hundred feet towards the front of the property, if that makes any sense. I just want something that I can leave powered on, without anyone else being able to connect Frown .

Any idea what happens when it is switched? When in RCA mode, does it still broadcast BT signal from the receiver?

Aiyima T9 has rca, coax, optical, Bluetooth and USB in. We have the Douk Audio version and it sounds pretty good for costing around $100. They look mostly useless lacking many inputs /outputs. I definitely seen better looking ones in this price range tho. Missing headphone jack but including a ton of other rubbish. Can't believe they started making this junk a few decades ago an they still can't even have two inputs working at once; yet alone everything removing features. Is this USA only? It's pretty trashy; but I did notice I get better higher quality products like Usb cables from China that Farr surpass anything in looks an quality sold by Amazon or in usa stores. They seem like a modern civilization. I bet if i could access their web I could find a receiver that uses 2 inputs at once.. Hell there isn't even a mic on receivers in usa after 40-100 years. But you'd think dual inputs at once would come before that.

Call me skeptical, but the stated 100 watts at 0.04%THD seems a little too good to be true.
That's per channel. So it's 200 watts output. So even if the amps are 100% efficient. Which of course is impossible. The power supply would need to put out over 8amps at 24v. Which we know is not true.

Your lucky to grt 10 was at .04% THD

So, I am using an AVR to drive my 2 QSC CP12 speakers and an SVS pb2000 sub. Would one of these be better? I currently use the pre-outs from the Tascam PAR 200. What's the best way to drive those speakers and sub?

You're either being very funny or you really have no idea what you're doing. Since the speakers and the sub are all powered, you're not even using the amps in the AVR.

After a full size Yamaha receiver crapped out, I'm using a Fosi D class amp in a location where I needed a 2.1 solution to replace the failed Yamaha. Since my subwoofer is self powered, the Fosi Audio BL20C (https://a.co/d/4Z24knF) is perfect for my use case. It offers 160 watts per channel and RCA or Bluetooth inputs. The unit only ships with a 24 volt power supply, so the wattage claims are definitely overstated, but in my experience so far, there is plenty of clean power.

Question: I have this Monoprice in-wall subwoofer https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=30486 and I have yamaha TSR5810 which has sub out (rca).. but this subwoofer only has speaker jacks (red/white) and not powered.. when I connect RCA to speaker with an adapter it does not work.. can I use this amplifier to connect to the sub to get it to work ?
You'd probably want to an amp that's dedicated for subs like the: Fosi Audio TP-02 TDA7498E

For listening to music, how does Bluetooth 5.1 sound quality compare to with wired RCA connections? Let's say other components are decent, e.g. listening to Spotify on gigabit wifi with Triangle Borea speakers.

Is it one of those "audiophile only" things, or would a regular person easily be able to tell the difference between Bluetooth vs. cables to the receiver?
