Depth 20"? That's not a workbench.

I purchased this same bench for $170 two years ago - so this is a decent price. Good and sturdy. Power strip and adjustability are nice features. Would highly recommend if you don't mind the 20" depth - which might be limiting for some people.

In my case it's an asset since I was trying to build a work bench area inside of a wide closet

I bought this after I purchased a similar SmallHD workbench which was $400. honestly, I'd be happy with two of these for a fraction of the price and to have a matching pair.

the table is sturdy and has very minimal wobble overall. I actually use it for DJ equipment and turntables so the shakiness was critical for me and for those purposes it has held up great. the outlets on the side is a nice plus.

They look identical to WorkPro benches by Greatstar. If the same, they'll be sturdy and solid.

You could DIY a table top with 2x Lumber glue up/Kreg. Assuming u already have the tools, should be cheap.
PS: I have a butcher block for kitchen island. butcher block it needs to be oiled. Why would u want that as a desk top?

People usually stain/seal them before final use.

Another option if you are just going to use this as a desk - https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/kull...e-80499444

Great mention! Depth of 27" is excellent. But delivery comes out to $29 for me. Kind-of steep in this spoiled era of abundant Free Shipping everywhere.

Forget the workbench, i'm considering using this as a desk. A butcherblock top costs just about the same piece alone or more, so i think it's a pretty good deal.
I have 61" x 20" work bench as a desk, that has two 24" monitors. No laptop or desktop tower.

I wouldn't go any less wide than that. Depth is an issue if you plan on using your keyboard on top, and not attaching a keyboard tray. Even if you do attach a keyboard tray, 20" still isn't going to give you a lot of space to put papers, write, etc.

I'd like to be able to buy just the top wood section. I have 2 floor cabinets with plywood as a skinny bench in my garage but need a more sturdy top. Not worth this much just to ditch the legs

Just buy TWO Tables ? then just remove the top from table "one" and use your own top, then remove the table top from table "two' and move it to table "one"

Job done !? Smilie
Genius! It only costs him twice as much to still ditch the legs on a table.

Dude go buy a butcher block top at HD or Lowe's. It's like $80 for a cheaper one. Exactly what you want

FYI Bambu P1P/X1C is 18 in. deep. The A1 is 17 in. deep. So that's only 2 in. of clearance for filament poop and only 3 in. of clearance for the bed slinging. Anyone that own these printers have any input if with these dimensions would this be a good table for them?

Although the height is adjustable, the minimum height is pretty high for a computer desk unless you use a kb tray. The Husky workbench someone else posted would be better since it has hand crank and can get a lower minimum height.
