Both available. If your swing speed is 90+ mph or you're bigger dude with more power and it's close to 90+ I'd suggest stiff. Otherwise the majority of mid-higher handicap golfers should play regular or in some cases senior flex

These aren't the kinds of irons you buy if you don't know your swing speed. Look for a large cavity back.

Depends. For most adult males, you will grow out of regulars very quickly.
Unlike drivers, you want some control even if you sacrifice some distance with irons.
