a handful of studies show sucralose COULD alter bacteria in people, while many other studies and literal decades of use show it is fine but it is now literal poison if you ask the naturalists of slickdeals!

In for one.

Be sure to take a bit of copper with the zinc. Not sure why they don't include some in it.

I prefer Costco's "Nature's Bounty" 400 Zinc Gluncate High absorbance tablets currently going for currently ~$15 online and sold for less at the store and in there sometimes goes on sale for ~$8. Never been sick since I started taking it daily. ::Knocks on 🪵::

Nothing wrong with a bit of Splenda. Synthetic organochlorine sweeteners taste great. It also contains silica (the bioactive form of silicon), which is associated with bone strengthening by enhancing calcium absorption, and strengthening collagen protein by creating and maintaining collagen. This leads to greater flexibility in the bones, helps form new bone, and strengthens mature bone. 👍🏻

Nooooooo.... Vitamin C. Copper is specifically a bad idea.

These do not have vitamin C which means very low absorption. FYI

I misread the post slightly... my bad

Milk sometimes improves zinc absorption; for those looking for better ways to take it link to a study [nih.gov].

Quote :
Considering that the main dietary zinc sources in areas in the world where zinc deficiency is most prevalent are typically high in phytate, the inclusion of dairy products in meals may be a viable dietary strategy to improve zinc absorption.
As for vitamin C, am I reading this right [nih.gov]?
Quote :
The results suggest that ascorbic acid does not affect the absorption of normal dietary levels of zinc and calcium
Both the above links end with "nih.gov", which is pretty much straight from the horse's mouth.
