It's decent to help deter burglaries. You would need more door/window sensors. I don't think the cameras would be of use without the subscription because the footage won't be saved locally. I could be wrong about that. Also the app capabilities could be limited.

It might be worth sending that back for a refund and reordering this, although I'm unsure if this comes with free 30-day monitoring. The indoor camera here is wired only, as opposed to the wireless one I'm getting. And it's not mentioned if this comes with yard and window decals which are, arguably, the most important thing to deter burglars.
EDIT - I ended up buying this anyway and will keep the bundle I originally purchased. I could def use the additional sensors, cameras, and keypad. This price was a no brainer and no wonder it sold out so quickly.
