Deluxe+State not including e-file for that state is such a scam move intending to deceive anyone not paying attention.

Now that Intuit is requiring people to register the software to an account beginning this filing year, I'll be moving over to this software. Intuit has gone full on EVIL although they were pretty evil even before this. They want to know everything about a person and they reserve the right to sell the information... thus making them a powerful data broker. No thanks Intuit!

As opposed to buying HR block software and then they still sell your data. Fr

FreeTaxUSA makes money off state taxes, support upgrades, and a few other upgrades. They don't sell your info to make money off of you.

Their EULA does not say that at all. It only says they do not share information from you tax return which is the same as Block says. That leaves FreeTaxUSA to share whatever else they like. When you are in a browser they can share all kind of stuff about you.
