Pre-Covid they were. Supply chain and inflation really ratcheted up the cost. They are starting to come back down a little, I doubt we'll see those old prices again.
Minimum purchase is two anyway, so the discount is auto applied.

In my store at least - those were the Edsal version of these which are not as robust.
