Why does every listing have two graphics with completely different dimensional sizes listed? Which one is accurate? There's also a lot of reviews stating this thing doesn't get anywhere near the advertised temperatures. Most say mid 50s.
Don't know where you read that, definitely wrong if not entirely impossible based on just the information from this post.

It is almost impossible to determine exactly without real world testing of the product in your specific environmental conditions. FTC evidently doesn't require beverage coolers or general refrigerators under 7.75 cubic feet to have energy guide labels estimating annual energy cost or usage. (Stupid, I know)

However based on the foundation of logic and math, 85 Watts per hour can't possibly use 1000 kWh a year. If the compressor ran 24/7 it's still only nearing 750 kWh. I'm unsure on how often these are running to maintain internal temps, they probably also suck at doing so.

Any chance you have a kill-a-watt? Even if it's not the 1000kwh stated on the Amazon product page, 85w @ 24/7/365 is still around $1/day. Unless it's less... than what's written in the tech specs.
I have a kil-a-watt and mine comes in today. I'll report back what it pulls.

Thanks. It would be nice to see what it pulls after it reaches temp too.

They delivered it on it's side, gonna have to sit for a while before I can plug it in and bring it up to temp and let you know.

I just got mine this morning. I'll connect it to my Kill-A-Watt and report back after a day or two.

EDIT: Just hooked up the Kill-A-Watt - mine's chugging along at BELOW 50 watts empty. Seems to be hovering around 44 watts and varying a watt or two.

Turned mine on today, I'm seeing below 50 watts too, about 43-45, initial surge looked like below 300w.

I turned my thermostat to about 4-ish about 12 hours ago. Compressor's been running almost non-stop since, and according to my Chef's Alarm by Thermoworks the temperature with four 1 liter bottles of soda in the front near the door where I intentionally put it, is 34.5 degrees F. I'm going to adjust it so the compressor isn't running so much. 44 watts currently (hah!).

At 45 watts if it never turns off the compressor that's like 400kWh per year. Still not horrible and we know it will eventually start to cycle.

No worries at this point, I'm more just curious since I already missed out.
