Bought this recently. Laptop died shortly after that. Seller would not take back laptop. Cheap for a reason. Stay away

It is supposed to come with a square trade warranty I believe.
Have you submitted a warranty claim?
If so, are they refunding, fixing, or replacing?

I bought one of these last month also and agree with what you posted.
Mine came with touchscreen, I think the ebay description says it is touch also.
I haven't any problems with it so far, works great.Not a power user.
I did remove all the Acer bloat and MSOffice365. Installed an 'alternative' free office suite.
Hopefully this will last as long as the laptop it is replacing. (an HP, circa 2009)

It was back in stock this morning for a bit. I hesitated as the current listing says 2 times 'Touchscreen: No" (which I need).... It seems like most of you received a touch screen. Did anyone receive a unit without a touchscreen? Thanks in advance.

I have this laptop got it black Friday sale. It came with touchscreen and for the money you paying it's reallly good no backlit keyboard but the touchscreen works good on darker areas. If it's for kids that play fortnite and watch YouTube it's a real good choice. Your might freak out after installing windows last update it takes a while to restart it comes with USB C for data and PD charging and it is very quiet and doesn't get hot at all
