Wow I didn't notice. I buy these regularly and barbeque in my air fryer, and they're delicious. It appears that some reviewers didn't realize that they're buying the full rack instead of the ribs only like restaurants serve. At my house, this is some good eatin' for the money.

To air fry BBQ these:

Coat both sides with your favorite sauce. Air fry for 20 minutes at 375F, then flip, sauce as needed, and cook another 18-20 minutes at 375F. Reduce heat to 200F and cook for 20 additional minutes (helps render out fat, shrinks them a little, and makes them tenderer without drying them out). Elevating them on a small rack while cooking makes them less fatty at serving.

Cardiologist sold separately.

The reviews are truly noteworthy in that there are nearly twice the 1-star reviews as 5-star reviews.

A lot of reviews note them as being fatty. Duh. Where do ya think the tenderness comes from in pork!

"Extra Fatty" doesn't sell as well as "Extra Tender" I guess.

The extra tender comes from the brining solution they're already in. from website: "Ingredients
**Solution: Water, Potassium Lactate, Dextrose, Sodium Phosphates, Salt." i'll stick to unbrined ribs for now.
also on sale but a $1 more per lb. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Smithf...hbdg=L1600

I use these all the time for smoking ribs. Spares are supposed to be fatty with less meat on the bone compared to back ribs. If you don't like the "bony" stuff then just trim it off and bam you now have St. Louis spare ribs

Costco's pork belly is worst of the worst. The price is cheaper than Asian markets. That I won't complain. Bought them several times and every time, it's 80-90% fat. I gave up and buy from Asian markets instead. Their pork belly is 50/50 or 40/60 ratio.
