I love Little Big Planet everything. It's super fun to play with kids or uncoordinated spouses and you dont feel under the pressure for micro-transactions like most other games. Wholesome/silly content that's fun to play.

We tried LBP on the PS3 and she rage quit that. I'm playing this with my son instead Smilie This is a fun game, reminds me of Astro's Playroom

I haven't tried Astro's yet (Currently playing Kena Bridge of Spirits solo). I did manage to get through It Takes Two with the wife. Does Astro's have couch co op?

This game is so fun. Wife and I played, even brought our kids in a few levels. Cool thing is Sony owns music rights to a bunch of songs... Madonna, Britney, Foster the People, and my favorite level, Uptown Funk. Seamlessly integrated with the level mechanics so cannons and slides and such are timed with the music. Honestly just a lot of fun. Lots of hard levels, but totally recommend.

No, I meant more game mechanics. Great use of haptics and shoulder buttons.

Recently completed this game with my wife & 2 kids age 10 & 8. What a great game! We even started going back and playing random levels together just for fun.

The most annoying part is how long the kids want to hang out at Zom Zom's to change up their outfits. Haha

I really wish there were more couch co-op games out there that are good for kids.

A Sackboy 2 would be amazing!

I agree the Little Big Planet/Sackboy franchise is great. If they came out with a SackBoy 2 PS5 only I'd probably upgrade just for that! Another really good co-op game is It Takes Two. I (53M) just finished that with my friend's daughter (just turned 9). It is more adult themed (you play parents who are thinking about getting a divorce). We probably are going to play that one again switching who is the Mom and who is the Dad next time as they get unique/different skills in the different levels.
