This offer just popped up in two of my Chase cards.

I had a different offer on two debit cards and it has disappeared off the second card after I used it once. Both debit cards are linked to the same checking account.
Yes as long as you pay using the card that has the offer added. Just be careful, scammers are stealing balances off physical GC. It happened to me a couple months ago. 3 days after I purchased, the entire balance was drained
I had it happen with Apple gift cards bought from Target. Which gc did you buy?

Just a standard target gift card. It was a bit embarrassing to get a message from recipient asking if I meant to give an empty gift card. 😡 luckily target was able to issue a new gift card but it took a couple weeks.
