For those of you near a Rural King, their price is $18.99 for 40 lb.

One of the worst sunflower seed options out there. Dirty, 1/8th of the bag will be just sunflower seed husks, and the birds will drop most of it onto the ground.

Agree. This has been the normal price as long as I've been buying it. This is not on sale.

TSC's pricing on bird seed is the best I've been able to find, but I wouldn't call this a slick deal when it's their regular price, and it's $6 more than their regular price was a few months ago.

Was $28 the last time I bought in August 2023 so I wouldn't say slick, but not going to complain about the price of something finally going back down

Thanks OP. Just bought a bag at Walmart today for $30 I can return. Didn't realize Tractor Supply had dropped back down in price, last I looked it was over $30 there as well.
Pre-covid it would be on sale for $15.99 sometimes at TS. The good ol' days.

You don't get free shipping until you reach a higher level in the Neighborhood club. Looks like you have to spend $1000 before you get there.

This seems to be their new price for over a month now. A few months ago was $24 and a year ago was over $30.00. I go through several bags every Winter, None in the Summer.

I buy two bags of this per month from Kent, WA TSC for squirrels Smilie Last year prices here ranged from $35/ea in early '23 to $29/ea in Oct. So, about 30% off -- I'll take it. Thank you for posting!

We stopped buying it for that reason. Plus the full in tack seeds are tiny to begin with. We buy ours at Costco. Granted it costs more, but superior food with actual fruits and nuts mixed in. Going from memory, it was $23/30#. I mixed in the much lower quality seed so hopefully it will all get eaten up.

Luckily we have a local feed store that has god prices and we don't have to support big business.
