Deal last week on whole bean bags for $5. They sent me a bag that was roasted on 4/29/23 and best by 7/29/23. Just a FYI. I got my money back. The beans were so rancid that it took 3 hours for my nose to recover.

I got in on the same deal. MIne was roasted Dec 1 2023 and best by Mar 24 2024. And it was $5.42 for only 10.5 oz, making this the better deal. In for one.

Any idea how does this taste compared to Peet Dark roast Major Dickason Blend ? I use that coffee to refill my nestring. vertuo pods . I always add milk to my coffee and was looking for something strong.

This roast isn't their best. It's drinkable, and at this price it's hard to complain, but it's probably the worst of their medium roasts.

It's a deal. Normal price at Walmart is $15. The only version on sale at WM is $12.98. At Kroger, 10.5 oz bag is about $8 on sale, $10 regular price.

Way better, French roast is disgusting burnt rancid beans. People who think dark/french roast coffee is strong must also love the taste of burnt carbonized food.

I was at a local coffee roaster at a food hall yesterday and found a bag of coffee that was roasted on 1/10/2024. So fresh, but it was $15 for a 10oz bag, so I passed.

Customer service told me to call back next week to give the warehouse time to weed out the outdated bags and they'd honor the price. I plan to do that.
