Pasting important info down below, from Gears...
Be careful which you pick - Non-Chlorinated is FLAMMABLE, where is the old-school Chlorinated is NOT.
It's also worth noting that Chlorinated is substantially more TOXIC than non-chlorinated.
The 19oz shows $4.98 in my area, very much normal price. But more importantly, the 19oz is uniquely NON-FLAMMABLE. Coming from a mechanic, it is always good to have some of this on-hand for that one questionable scenario you may run into. Cleaning oil leaks by hot exhaust manifolds, using it nearby a pilot light or kerosine heater, or when you're in denial anything will happen with your lit cigarette to name a few. A bonus is that the CRC works better than 99% of the brake cleaners out there and also works spraying with the can upside-down almost every time if needed.

Non-chlorinated = less toxic but still nasty, very flammable
I've heard chlorinated is a little better at cleaning, if you use it make every effort not to breathe the vapors.
