I skimmed the Amazon page and don't see anything about replacement filter costs. Anyone know?

I purchased these filters on Amazon and just put one in the new HC501 that I purchased directly from Shark. It was cheaper going through Shark and using a 15% coupon for the HC501. I signed up for emails and received the coupon. I think final cost was around $169 for the 3 in 1 unit. I do like them. I've had 1 for a year and just purchased 2 more. When using the heat mode--the fan runs on low so you won't get as much filtering but it's still nice. I hate the remote but getting used to it. This unit works off of remote only and I just leave it on the machine. You can turn it on and off by remote or the lighted button on top but that's all you can do manually. Check the prices at shark before purchasing and use a CB site.
HC501 (Charcoal Grey) is the same as HC502 (White)--only difference is color. Both are for 1000 sq' so the filter is larger then the 500 sq' one. I have seen the $199 price at various times through Dec and Jan.

This is the filter I purchased (set of 2 for around $80 so not too bad. I've had my filter in for over a year now and make sure that I take it out and vacuum it and seems to be working just fine. I compared the new original filter that came with the new unit I just received to the generic and I really can't tell a difference. I decided to try the generic in the unit to make sure everything worked ok and it is fine.

I have two of the non heater versions. It should be 40-80 per filter. I found them at Wally World for 40 and bought them all. I run them in my garage to clean out cigar smoke and they are very impressive

I don't think this one cleans the air while it's heating. But I will clean the air well. I have two of the non heater version.
