I rarely drink energy drinks because they give me a really sour stomach, but this one is actually made with coconut water (doesn't taste like it) and this one doesn't give me any gi upset at all.

I believe Pepsico announced last week they are killing off Mountain Dew Energy Drink.... https://www.thestreet.com/restaur...omers-love

Maybe more like a small cup. A large size Dunkin Donuts coffee, for example = 431mg, Extra Large=517mg (according to Google)
Even decades ago, before coffee went crazy, I recall the rule of thumb was that a normal small cup was about 100-130mg.
So, basically, it's more than a soda, but less than a coffee.

No sugar, that would be better for you. The main ingredient is high fructose corn syrup, not to mention sucralose.
