I liked the GameBoy version better. The Switch version was much harder due to the 3D hit boxes and also exerted micro lags.
The only thing I recall about that one is not being able to beat the final boss. Something that also occurred on the Switch version

Yeah, if only nintendo just had the balls to release the Nintendo switch 2...
Why release the Switch 2 when they are still selling the Switch 1 like it is going out of style? Nintendo's strategy might be annoying as an end user however them not giving up their position needlessly is clearly a profitable one. Heck they haven't worried about having 'current gen' technology in decades, so unlike Sony or Microsoft they aren't having to keep up with the Jones regarding their release schedules.
Honestly this is a main reason I moved on to the Steam Deck.
I bought skyward sword off a deal posted here some months back and I still can't bring myself to play that game more than a handful of hours. It's honestly a terrible experience to play after becoming spoiled by BotW/TotK and their freedom of movement and exploration. I'm not saying I don't like older Zelda titles, I loved Windwaker and Twilight Princess when I was younger, but skyward sword feels like such an absolute slog to play

To those who downvoted, stop being a bunch of blind fanboys in denial. It is impressive how Nintendo was able to get so much out of that old hardware (ie. Zelda Tears of The Kingdoms)... but the Nintendo Switch starting to age pretty bad and needs to be put down.
The switch been out for 7 years how long do you want to last. And they have helf longer then the public and critics said they should.

Skyward Sword is there now at GameStop but unless you can find it locally the shipping of $10.99 kills the deal.
