be advised that amazon is full of generics far cheaper than brands.
some add more skin beneficial ingredients while others simply use
petroleum jelly which is better a non irritant when used near eyes.

The first product has no neomycin. The second one does. For single use it doesn't matter but if you put neomycin on a wound daily you can get a significant contact dermatitis. Many patients then figure they are getting a bad infection so put more neosporin on and it gets worse.

Really doesn't seem like a good price. Should be around $3 each.
