Sounds good, I also use the endorphin speed 2. Started using the speed 2 as the long run shoe, as none of the long run shoes I bought have worked. I like how the speed 2 is effortless, but I get some mild IT band issues and it feels like the speed 2 is slanting my knees a bit. I'm probably in between a wide and normal, width, and the toe box and midsole area are slightly too narrow, and the drop of the shoe a tad bit aggressive.
I've been looking; at the ASICS's gel super blast but unfortunately they don't make it in a men's size 14 😭

This is cool. I wear a size 14 too! I was interested in the Superblast too. There's a few other models where Asics doesn't make a size 14. Disappointing for sure. But then again I haven't had much luck with Asics. They're midsoles are typically firmer than other brands and that can mess with my joints when running on slopped sidewalks and roads.
The RS2 definitely has a narrow platform. When I first used them there was some noticable medial instability. But my legs and hips got stronger, my running stance got wider, and the instability sensation went away. But recently I developed some side hip pain that could be related to the IT Band or the external rotator muscles. I don't think it's necessarily from the ES2. Could have been caused by bad form during a banded squat workout a few weeks ago.
I recently began running in the Propel V4. Had a pair sitting in the closet that had been lost in the shuffle. I remember reading reviews that compared the Propel to the ES3 as a budget category slayer. It's a decent shoe. But I wouldn't say it's a substitute for the ES3 or DN2. It's just too heavy. But I like the roll and the foam is similar in feel to the supercritical Profly+ in the Mach 5. If you see the Propel 4 for $45 or less I think it's a good mile eater to add to a rotation.
