my roommate bought me these for my birthday because he was "making passion" for eight hours a day for five straight days this one time and he didn't want me to hear it. i didn't know what the hell he was talking about but i was planning to be on vacation that week anyway. he didn't need to know that, so once he gave them to me i spent 5 beautiful days in the bahamas and the headphones really came in clutch, and he got to make all the passion he wanted. Win win.

Ordered a pair from this seller during November of last year and have had zero issues with my headphones. They operate flawlessly and are like brand new!

I had it for 1.5 yrs now & going strong. No issue & like brand new. Will buy again anytime. It also comes with extended warranty from ebay.

I ordered the mx4 a little over a year ago from the same seller and had no problems. I got the headphones in original box with a sticker saying refurbished. Looked new. I use them every day. No complaints.

Xm4 vs Xm5? I heard Xm5 has dynamic ANC that you can't stop and it acts weird?

Have bose QC35Ii and not satisfied with AnC during flights long or short. Plane noise is too much with them on.

Thoughts?

Is this good for work calls? QC35II transmits local External noises to the voice calls

Bought this a few weeks ago in preparation for some long flights this year. My pair of whites arrived flawless and they are a big improvement over my Anker Soundcore Life Tune XR, both in terms of sound quality and noise cancellation. I have an air purifier always on in my bedroom and the Soundcores do a good job of drowning out the noise, but you can tell there is still a low hum. With the XM5, it's barely audible. I've also used the XM5 for Teams meetings while WFH, works great for that too.

I bought these a couple weeks ago and think they are great so far. The anc does turn on and off by itself (when you're talking for example), but I don't mind it. I could see that being annoying

I've used it for a few calls and haven't had any complaints

1. Does anybody know what refurbished means in this setting? Is it a previously defective product that has been fixed and is being is sold as new?
2. Also, are people concerned at all with battery degradation of those refurbished units?

My refurbs were in new condition but with no retail box. Perfect, untouched, fully functional, do recommend.
