So we are going from smartphones to AI phones. What's the difference? 🙃

Im settling for the 24+ and trading in my s22u. I'll compromise on camera just to get better a processor for battery life.
Same, $650 after taxes for phone and buds 2 pro, if my screen wasn't so scratched on my s22u id probably keep it. I was never a fan of the curved screen anyway. Doesn't ship till around January 31 so still the rest of the month to cancel.

These "deals" actually pushed me to shop for a pro max 15 but the TIV for s22u are even worse towards an iPhone.

Does getting an unlocked version and using it on Verizon matter?

Ridiculous how the education discount shows as $177.38 at first, but drops to $97.50 at checkout.

Because its initially based on gross amount of phone, and at checkout its based on net amount after trade

How did you get the Buds 2 Pro bundle? Were they free then? TIA.

When I checked out around 1pm PST, I was able to get the following (twice) for $562 +tax with the trade-in of an S21U, $50 early credit and employee savings:

S24U 512GB unlocked
Pro Buds 2 ($0)
2-slot charger with travel adapter ($0)

Coming from a 3yo device, I'm pretty satisfied with the cost. Either I got the early credit twice or I didn't get it at all and simply had $150 towards accessories with each order.
Looking at it now, that $50 is only used towards accessories which I feel mislead, at least based on my recollection of what the $50 would have been for. I'm looking at 609.44 after "at work members" and trade in + instant savings.

Got my preorder in.
Cost is $332.49 for the S24 base model (with EPP discount), plus tax makes it about $350.
I'm getting $450 trade in credit for my S22
I'm thinking about doing this as well since my s22 battery is shit.

There was some chatter on another SD thread that the $50 might only be good for accessories, so I expected that going in. It is lame that it can't be used toward the phone.

Does the employee discount vary between organizations? I don't know. It's so hard to figure out what happened with pricing today.

So annoyed that I dropped my Note 9 and cracked the screen just 3 weeks ago...after 5 years of no issues. Drops the trade-in value from $400 to $200. Of course can't even really order yet since the discounts are all wonky. And I lost $68 in rewards points at the first of the year, so had to chat with customer service and they're issuing me a promo code to replace them, but I have to wait 24-48 hours for them to email it. I have a feeling I'm not going to end up with a new phone as soon as I hoped...

I dont really need any of the accessories. Do yall think the 2 year Samsung care for $65 after the $150 discount is worth it?

It appears so, I'm only getting 37.50 for the org discount

After getting further into the process it's like ~800 after taxes if I don't use the org, and about 750 after org discount. And right now the ironic thing is they're OOS on the accessories (25W PD Adapter + 10k battery, and 45W adapter) for the freebies. Not worth the bs for me right now

When does that usually happen? Mondays? I've got some best buy credit lying around
