How do you get this to work if you only keep it for 4 months?
Thought it's a 24 Month Bill credit?

this statement is confusing. can you take out the sim card or not? or you can take it out *only after* you convert the physical sim's # over to e-sim? then you can use your personal line's physical sim?

You sure can. My sister asked me to buy for her an S23 Ultra around Labor Day last year. It completed the required 120 days on 1/6/24. I kept the line active and just ordered the S24 today with the upfront discount.

I reactivated Google Fi with a $20 Flexible plan.
Offer became available for me immediately, then I placed an order for S24U.

Anyone help me to understand please:
- When I receive my new S24U, can I transfer the $20 Flexible plan I have just reactivated above onto it, or I need to have an other new $20 Flexible plan on my S24U?
- Now order of S24U has been placed successfully, can I now cancel the newly reactivated $20 Flexible plan above? or I need to wait and cancel it once the S24U has been activate with a different and new plan?

Thanks for your help but I couldn't understand the Google Terms well.

dont need to do anything. just wait for phone and activate it and everything will transfer over.

if i want to move Fi esim to another phone while waiting for S24, whats the process?

I reactivated my fi account and got a new number with the esim option. I can see the promo now.
If I buy the s24 ultra and once I receive it, can I activate the FI line in the new s24 ultra as esim (for 120 days) as I will need the physical sim of the s24 ultra for my main phone line.

risky. the Fi sim should NOT go in any other phone and the S23 should not be used on Fi until promo is completed. and hope and pray in the meantime google does not need you to verify something via OTP etc. like i said, risky business.

I am not intending to use the Fi sim in another phone (will just place sim in a drawer) if I go the route of trading the S23. In fact, I would only be keeping line to earn the credit, as my main phone is with TMO. Should I still be worried or does that eliminate those concerns?
