How do you get this to work if you only keep it for 4 months?
Thought it's a 24 Month Bill credit?

"Get reimbursed over 24 months
Receive $27.09 off each bill for 24 months
The credit is tied to the person who activated the device"

Sorry for the ignorance but I'm new to Google Fi deals!

Lots of inexpensive S24 cases at temu dot com.
cmon now. you got a great deal on S24, splurge some on a nice case. my goto every year since S20 days is Poetic/Supcase Beetle pro. so likely i will go with that, but intrigued by Samsung "gadget" case that can take attachments. wonder if they will have a bike attachment..

do magsafe cases work well with samsung wireless chargers? if yes, i'd like to get a magsafe case like Supcase UBMag XT for the S24. dont know why they only made it for Ultra..

i think i found my case, Poetic Guardian for S24.

Thanks in advance
likely never. worked for most folks who last had service in mid-2023. but you can try waiting couple days, then cancelling/pausing if offer not there, then resigning. Its all wishful thinking at this point.

Is it possible that I open a new account with my own phone, add another line to order the phone (total 2 lines)? After i get s24 and activated, then I cancel my own phone line, but keep the line with s24. Do I still qualify the promotion?

1.i re-activated my accnt via esim and ordered. I also received the physical sim. I want to move from the esim to physical sim (in another device) so i can sell the current esim device. Do i just put physical sim in another device, download Fi app, sign in same account, and go thru activation with number transfer? And i should be able to go back to esim on the S24 when it arrives in same way without affecting the countdown in any way?
1. See this site for info on transferring service (eSIM and pSIM): https://support.google.com/fi/ans...%3DAndroid
2. The only time I've activated a Fi phone using its eSIM is when I bought a Fi Pixel 7 and it did not come with a pSIM. The S24 will come with a pSIM, I don't know if you can decide not to use it and activate the S24 with its eSIM right away, or have to activate its pSIM first, then transfer service to its eSIM. Maybe someone else can chime in.

just remove psim from s24 before turning on.

I was an existing customer but I'm taking advantage of this deal so I'm signing up for google fi but I have no intentions of actually using google fi.

It's allowing me to add a few lines - giving me the ability to buy a few s24 ultras with the instant $650 discount. Anyone else in the same boat? I thought this would just work with one line. So far, I bought 3 s24 ultras with the intention to resell, especially considering the fact that it's a crappy update imo.

My plan is to buy 3 phones, activate each google fi line under the flexible plan (for 3 lines). Remove the psim (and trash it), sell the phones, and then cancel google fi service after 120 day.

I just ordered an S24U for myself and a family member. Since we had the simply unlimited plan I didn't know about the deal until I saw it on SlickDeals. As soon as we upgraded to Unlimited Plus the $650 instant savings became active.

Don't you have to activate the phone with the pSIM as part of the promo?

Promo is to activate s24 by current customer. I am guessing without psim in there, fi app will ask you if you want to activate esim on current account.

Lol you break even even if you sell at 750... Can't imagine anyone paying more than $800 on Craigslist or FB marketplace... Is it worth the hassle to make $50? Only you can tell

I mean I did this last year with the s23 ultra and sold 3 of them for over 1k. There's idiots out there willing to pay, especially if you're able to get the phone day 1. Also, there's not a lot of decent preorder/TIV deals this year for the s24 ultra.
