Phone worked. In my head i wonder how can assurant lie or mess it up...but hoping the original packaging reduces that risk
Take it out, make sure it boots up, and fully charge it before sending it.
Sending in original packaging could trip some red flags for future deals.

I verified the phone as well, but I might not use the original packaging based on the advice from the guys above.
