this year, they change the trad-in partner, I think it was in TN, now it is in TX
so a new partner trying to walk the same old way as the one in TN

I put in my preorder today with Samsung, but not sure if it worth it to upgrade. Almost $700 with tax to upgrade my S22 ultra. Below is the breakdown of my Samsung order.

I ordered on Jan 22 and got an order confirmation email on Jan 23. But my account is still now showing a new Spectrum Mobile account, and I haven't received any emails after that.
